KAYAK RENTALS:
Sea Schoodic Kayak & Bike currently offers fresh water kayak rentals for use only* at Jones Pond in Gouldsboro, Maine.
We have both tandem and single kayaks for rent.

PICK-UP!:
Our kayak rental process is no fuss! Our kayaks are on site at Jones Pond in Gouldsboro. Meaning, no need to transport boats to and from locations! Just meet us at our shop in Winter Harbor and we will fit everyone for PFD's (Personal Flotation Device) and provide the paddles!
We offer half day rentals, full day or multi-day.
Cancellation Policy:
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.Parties of 4 or less will receive a full refund if we are contacted 48 hours prior to reservation date. Parties of 5 or more must cancel at least 7 days prior to reservation date for full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price. This applies to both bike and kayak rentals.
Regarding Weather:
Sea Schoodic Kayak & Bike may cancel for a full refund if weather is UNSAFE. We can also rebook your paddle if availability allows. We want your experience on the water to be enjoyable & safe. Please contact us with any questions regarding weather and reservations.
JONES POND, GOULDSBORO:
Jones Pond in Gouldsboro, is the perfect spot to spend a day on the water! Located 8 miles from our shop, you will be delighted with over 400 acres to explore, small islands and plenty of wildlife. We know you will love this spot as much as we do!
Don't forget to pack a lunch and your favorite snacks. Picnic tables and grills, as well as bathrooms & changing rooms are available for use by the designated swimming area.
SINGLE &
TANDEM KAYAKS:
We offer single kayaks as well as tandem style kayaks. Our kayaks are sit-in style cockpits, with wide openings.
Single-seat kayaks are appropriate for adults and most youth depending upon age and height.
Our tandems are a great option for a parent and child duo or for folks who feel better sticking together! Each tandem is equipped with a rudder, making steering a breeze while you navigate the pond.
