OUR STORY:
Sea Schoodic Kayak & Bike opened June of 2019 in beautiful Winter Harbor, Maine!
Owner, Sky Di Ruggiero is a Registered Maine Sea Kayak Guide and has enjoyed adventuring throughout the Schoodic Peninsula since she was a child. A local to the area, she can answer all your questions to make your adventure on the Schoodic Peninsula one you will never forget!
Operating from May through October, we offer hybrid bike rentals to cruise around the Schoodic Peninsula and fresh water kayaks to paddle at Jones Pond in Gouldsboro. We are here to answer all your questions, educate you on the area and give you suggestions on all the great places to explore! Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your trip the Schoodic Peninsula. We look forward to meeting new faces and creating lasting memories for everyone who steps through our door!
SERVICES:
We pride ourselves in offering quality service and equipment. With the concerns of COVID-19, Sea Schoodic Kayak & Bike has implemented extra precautions with sanitization of all gear and high contact surfaces. As of 2020, we have been strongly encouraging reservations due to both availability and COVID-19.
Reserving equipment ahead of time allows us to have your gear ready for you when you pull up, keep traffic at a minimum inside our shop and get you out adventuring quicker!
BIKING:
Situated less than a mile from the Acadia National Park Schoodic District entrance, we are a convenient location for exploring the park by bike! We offer bike rentals for all ages and can accommodate small and large groups! Reservations can be easily be placed online.
KAYAKING:
Sea Schoodic Kayak & Bike also offers a selection of recreational kayaks for use on Jones Pond in Gouldsboro, Maine. We have both tandem and single kayaks for daily rentals. Kayaks can easily be booked online.
*We do not rent sea kayaks.
